The long awaited brewery trip to Acorn Brewery (the producers of Frog Hop ale) is scheduled for Thursday 17th April. Entry is £10 which includes free beer, a buffet and tour of the brewery. Arrive for 7:30pm and finish around 10:30pm. Spaces will be limited - secure your place early to avoid disappointment

Age Restrictions

Post  Mr Frog on Thu Feb 14, 2008 12:45 pm

Hi Joy. The brewery will be delighted to permit Christian to attend and take part in the tour etc, as long as he keeps off the alcohol! It's just like that in diving with the 'Junior' rating .... he can upgrade his current 'Junior Pop Sipping' to real ale drinking, when he reaches 18 years of age!

Does this also apply to Master Seals? If so we'll have 3 places please. Cheers.

RE: Payment & Transport

Post  Mr Frog on Thu Feb 28, 2008 1:27 pm

The event is priced at £10 and payments should be made direct to Frog Squad Diving Ltd. We are negotiating rates for a minibus (or coach!) and this additional fee will soon be posted on the forum etc

Transport

Post  Mr Frog on Wed Mar 19, 2008 4:46 pm

We have booked a 16 seater mini bus with pick-up and drop-off points for both Retford and Worksop.

The cost of the hire (£100) can be divided amongst the passengers (drinkers!) - book now to reserve your place!

Hi Tony

Yes it's real ale only I'm afraid - great stuff!

The pink blouse opted out of the trip on the basis that there wasn't any Babycham on offer
